Shipping & Delivery Policy
Atelier Processing & Batch Maceration
Every fragrance at Itramh Aroma is composed with deliberate patience. Our formulations are hand-poured, rested, and bottled in temperature-controlled batches at our Surat atelier before making their way to you.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) enter packing on the same day. Orders received on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the subsequent working morning.
Complimentary Discovery Samples
Every full 100ml Eau de Parfum order ships with an individually sealed 2ml miniature vial of the same composition. This allows you to experience the fragrance on your skin before opening the cellophane of the main presentation box.

We partner with premier express logistics services (BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC) to deliver nationwide with tamper-evident tracking.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Cash on Delivery is available across 18,000+ serviceable PIN codes in India. To ensure safety and prevent courier abandonment:
- COD orders are subject to automated phone/WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch.
- A nominal convenience handling fee of ₹50 may be applied to COD orders under ₹1,999.
- We request having the exact cash or UPI ready at the time of delivery, as our logistics partners do not permit box unsealing before payment collection.
Real-Time Order Tracking
The instant your order is scanned at our dispatch dock, an automated dispatch notification is sent via email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and tracking link.
You can also track your shipment live at any time on our dedicated tracking portal: itramh.local/track-order.
Break-Free & Tamper-Evident Packaging
Fine glass bottles demand uncompromising protection. Each Itramh fragrance bottle is housed in a dense custom EVA foam bed inside a 1200 GSM rigid keepsake box, wrapped in biodegradable air cushions, and sealed with tamper-evident security tape.
If the outer shipping carton arrives torn, crushed, or visibly opened, please do not accept the package and take a clear photograph before handing it back to the courier agent.
Address Modifications & Unsuccessful Deliveries
Need to update your shipping address? Please message our team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the AWB label has been generated and dispatched to the hub, destination redirection may add 24–48 hours to transit.
Our couriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the parcel to our Surat atelier. In case of non-delivery due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, reshipment charges may apply.
