Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Because they're for skin, opened bottles and sampler vials are non-returnable — which is exactly why every order ships with a complimentary 2ml sample.
UPI, all major cards, net-banking and wallets via Razorpay; PayPal for international orders; and Cash on Delivery across most serviceable PIN codes. Everything runs through PCI-DSS compliant gateways — we never see card numbers.

Away from direct sunlight and heat — a drawer or cupboard is ideal. Sealed, our Eau de Parfums keep for 36 months; once opened, use within 24 months for the truest drydown.
