Product Descriptions & Pricing Accuracy

All fragrances displayed on Itramh Aroma are artisanal Eau de Parfums macerated with genuine imported perfume oils. We strive for absolute accuracy in imagery, olfactory descriptions, and accords.

• Prices: All prices are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Batch Variation: Because natural aromatic essences (such as genuine oud, sandalwood, amber, and vetiver) may exhibit subtle seasonal variation, minor shifts in natural color or top note intensity reflect genuine batch artisanal maturation.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a technical pricing misprint, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a 100% full refund before shipment.

Orders & Payment Verification

Receipt of an order confirmation email indicates acknowledgment of your purchase order, but does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the unilateral right to reject or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized credit card usage, or address non-serviceability.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The “Itramh Aroma” brand name, Devanagari mark (इत्रम्ः), bottle packaging designs, editorial imagery, accord pyramids, and literary product descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Itramh Aroma.

Fragrance Care & Allergy Precautions

Fine perfumery contains high concentrations of essential and aroma compounds:

• Patch Test: We strongly advise conducting a small patch test on the inner forearm using the complimentary 2ml discovery vial before liberal application.
• External Application: For external skin application only. Keep away from eyes, open abrasions, and sensitive mucous membranes.
• Storage Conditions: Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations to preserve aromatic longevity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Itramh Aroma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any proven claim shall under no circumstance exceed the gross purchase amount paid for the specific order under dispute.
